Billy Joe Brunk, 65, passed away on April 12, 2013 at his home in Anderson, CA. He was born on February 5, 1948 in Sheldon, Iowa to Clarence Carl and Betty (Van Laar) Brunk.
Bill grew up in San Diego County. He graduated from Santana High School in Santee, CA in 1966.
Bill married Karen in 1968 in Santee, CA. They were happily married for 45 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting guns, spending time with his family and grandchildren. His number one priority was taking care of his family. He touched many people’s lives.
Bill was preceded in death by his father Clarence and his brother Bruce.
Bill is survived by his spouse Karen; his daughters Brenda (Bryce) Gallant of Colorado and Toni (Eric) Spratt of Cottonwood, CA; his son Jesse (Robin) Brunk of Happy Valley, CA; his sister Bonnie Lawrence of Anderson, CA; his grandchildren Sorina, Sarah, Chelsea, Kayla, Garrett, Gracie, Emily and Molly Jo; his great-grandchildren Wyatt, Tank and Lily; and his nieces and nephews and other relatives.
